The reason behind her smile is that, Shields recently appeared in a Broadway play.

Brooke was seen in the play named Pal Joey where she was starring opposite Nathan Lane and Jane Krakowski. The play was staged at the Roundabout Theatre’s annual spring gala, called Take Me Back to Manhattan, on April 6. Seemingly, Arthur Moreira, the stage manager of the show stole designer bags and clothing from the show, whose worth was estimated to be around $30,000. Later, as the 27 year old Arthur, tried to sell the goods on eBay, he was arrested and the police found no less than 16 coats, bags, and suits in his apartment in New York. According to the DA’s office in New York, an employee of Paris fashion designer Sylvia Toledano, tipped off the authorities after noticing a distinctive crystal-encrusted clutch on eBay. Arthur was arrested while trying to sell the clutch and a Burberry coat, which according to him had fallen off the back of a truck, to undercover investigators.

On being contacted, Brook Shields, who appears as Wendy Healy on Lipstick Jungle, said that she was not surprised as Arthur had stolen her wallet from her dressing room, last year. This news has created humor of sorts with many sites questioning about what the ladies will wear if a third season of the Lipstick Jungle is announced. Well I don’t know about how they are going to dress but I simply love Brooke Shields, Lindsay Price and Kim Raver as Wendy Healy, Victory Ford and Nico Reilly on Lipstick Jungle. The ravishing beauties have proved that they also possess immense talent through their performance on the show. And it is due to them that for the last one year, every Friday night I found myself glued to my chair in front of my TV set at 9:00 p.m. sharp, so that I did not miss even a single moment of this outrageous comedy drama. And now I am eagerly waiting for the third season of this awesome show, named Lipstick Jungle, which I am hoping will definitely be revived.

However, with Brooke Shield announcing that the show has not been cancelled there is still a ray of hope flickering in the hearts of the fans. Let us pray that this hope does not turn into disappointment and the series is revives for a few more seasons at least. Meanwhile, I came across news regarding one of the stars on Lipstick Jungle. It has been reported that Robert Buckley who played the role of Kirby Atwood on the show has been selected to make a guest appearance in the final two episodes of the current season of Privileged. Reportedly, he will be playing the role of the editor-in-chief of a magazine where Meg and Will are hoping to work. The good looking guy who played Kim Raver’s shirtless boy toy in Lipstick Jungle will be free to take a spin on Privileged after the 13^th and last episode of Lipstick Jungle is aired on 19^th January 2009.

First eight episodes were aired during the first season and the rest are aired during the second season of show. Last episode we watched was aired on December 12, 2008 and it was entitled ‘Chapter Eighteen: Indecent Exposure’. In this episode, we met Victory trying to decide whether or not to shed her clothes for her band’s new ad campaign. Very soon, she learned a bit more about herself and also her relationship with Joe Bennett. Nico underwent fertility treatments and it resulted in mayhem in her life. After that episode, we’re waiting for the next episodes.

And finally wait came to an end when watched ‘Chapter Nineteen: Lovers’ Leaps’ on January 2, 2009. In this episode, we watched that Wendy discovered that Shane still had plans to go on a tour with Natasha Bedingfield. It resulted in a strain on their marriage. A “New Media” executive challenged Nico’s sovereignty and ultimately her parenthood took a detour. Next episode of season would be aired on January 9, 2009 and it’d be entitled ‘Chapter Twenty: La Vie En Pose’. In the upcoming episode, we’ll see that Wendy would make a bid on a great new project. Fans! Once again you are gonna be drawn to step into the classy shoes of the characters. Season two premiered on 24^th September, 2008. The show has covered eight episodes of its second season. The disappointing part is the rating which is not increasing. In fact, it’s decreasing and has fallen greatly. (Well it does affect the show, when it’s being watched more by females)

I also read that it was very challenging for Amanda to make the girls look glamorous while they were attending a funeral. Awesome! Only an innovative person can be creative enough and design something different.

I read Amanda saying,” I don’t mind using the jewelry from the same designer on all the girls, because they are best friends and friends tend to dress alike.” Well, I totally agree with that statement. In fact, my friend and I tend to have the similar cell phones…..ha-ha. Well guys, just have a look at this picture and I don’t believe that I need to say anything else about Amanda’s creativity……
